Is SHNOUP free to download?
Yes — SHNOUP is 100% free on iOS and Android. There are no in-app purchases required to browse or claim offers.
How do I claim an offer?
Open the business page, tap 'Get Offer', and show the generated code at the counter or checkout.
Which cities are supported?
SHNOUP is rolling out globally. Download the app and enable location to see live availability in your area.
Do I need to create an account?
You can browse without an account, but signing up unlocks offers, favorites, and personalized recommendations.

How do I list my business?
Head to the Business page or contact us. Setup takes under 10 minutes and there are no upfront fees on the Starter plan.
Do you take a commission?
No. We offer transparent monthly plans — you keep 100% of what your customers spend.
Can I run multiple offers at once?
Yes. Growth and Scale plans support unlimited concurrent offers, campaigns, and targeting.
Privacy & Security
Is my data secure?
We use bank-grade encryption in transit and at rest. We never sell your personal data.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, any time — from Settings → Account → Delete account. Your data is removed permanently within 30 days.
